It is such a special time, enjoying the baby snuggles, nurturing your baby and watching them grow into toddlers. They are the absolute best. It brings back some lovely memories, we can almost smell the top of our little babies heads thinking about it!
We completely emphasise with all mothers. The physical demand that is required throughout pregnancy especially the latter stages when the baby bump is heavy and uncomfortable. The amount of strain that your back muscles, hips and shoulders suffer from nursing your baby, rocking and bouncing many times through the night, the copious amounts of nappy changes and awkward feeding positions, not to mention lack of sleep it can really take its toll on our bodies..
There comes a time when you start to feel ready to move again and begin exercising. The amount of barriers that get in your way make it extremely difficult. Like what exercises should I do? I’ve had a c- section should I do core exercises yet? Do I join a gym but might not manage to go? Who could watch the baby whilst you take time to look after yourself and exercise?

As qualified pre and post natal personal trainers we can design you a bespoke training plan to rebuild you & regain your strength whatever type of labour you have had, whether natural or C-section. Between us we have given birth to 6 babies and have re gained our fitness with different ailments each time.
We have had the pleasure of looking after lots of new Mums and their little ones over the years (we LOVE a baby cuddle!)
