Harrogate Personal Training June 2020 Competition – Terms and Conditions of entry

WIN a Personal Training package worth £650

1 – Anyone who completes an online workout with us in June 2020 will be entered into this competition to win Personal Training worth £650.

2 – This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and excludes employees of Harrogate Personal Training (HPT) and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with them.

3 – The winner must be able to travel to the HPT studio for the training sessions.

4 – The training sessions will take place with a member of the HPT team.

5 – There is no cash alternative.

6 – The personal training sessions will start once it is safe for us to do so, this date will be agreed between HPT and the winner prior to commencement.

7 – The winner must be happy to be contacted by phone and email.

8 – The winner will be notified by phone or email within two days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner

9 – You can have multiple entries into the competition – the more classes you do the more times you’ll be entered into the competition.

11 – The competition is happening between 1st June 2020 and 30th June 2020.

12 – The winner will be chosen at random from the entries received.

13 – The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

14 – Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
