Hayley has trained me for a number of years, helping me lose weight, tone up and get fit to enter various 10k races. I've been training with Hayley for around 8 years now and can honestly say I still enjoy it! Hayley constantly varies the exercises so that you get a full body work out without getting bored or complacent! Sessions are always fun and full of encouragement and motivation, leaving you feeling ready for what the day has to throw at you. Spa Bottom is a lovely environment to train in with a varied programme of classes running along side the gym. I can highly recommend the Zumba, whatever your level of co-ordination!
After successfully running four challenging marathons Lisa helps my muscles recover quicker by assisted stretching.

If someone had said I would be fitter at 60 than at 30, I would have laughed, but it's true. Hayley has helped, not just me, but my fellow directors to keep fit and we make sure that our twice weekly visits get top priority in our busy schedule. Hayley makes it fun and it is a different routine every time we visit. As well as helping keep us fit, Hayley has helped keep us healthy, curing "golfers elbow" and helping reduce high blood pressure by making us aware of the causes.
